Job Description
- Write catchy, interesting and compelling copies for various mediums (e.g. ads, email campaigns, social media, landing pages)
- Collaborate with designers to translate your copy into attractive and appealing graphics for email campaigns, landing pages and social media that are conversion focused.
- Liaise with Marketing, Designers and Media Buyer to create performance based advertisements.
- Write clear and enticing descriptions for all online products to enhance the customer journey across product pages
- Understand our brand and employ a commercial mindset while inspiring and informing through written communication to drive sales and to enhance the customer journey.
- Develop creative and engaging social media strategies to increase traffic, brand awareness, customer engagement and conversions.
- Create new strategies and ideas for email marketing, digital advertising, video and website creative.
- Plan and maintain a marketing calendar for business-wide use
- Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques and analyse competitor activity.
- Monitor, track, analyse, improve and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Instagram and Facebook insights, Website analytics etc.
- Recommend improvements to management to increase performance.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
- Provide administrative support, as and when needed to the manager.

Requirements
- Full-time position Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (Philippines Time)
- Able to work remotely (from home)
- Understanding of the behavior of the target audience and the customer lifecycle
- Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and planning skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of copywriting in advertising, social media or writing in other relevant fields
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Web Coding, Social Media advertising, other digital marketing / advertising channel are added advantage
- Ability to take feedback and make revisions in a fast-paced environment
- Be skilled in clear writing, concise and grammatically correct copy
- Knowledge of SEO is not a must, but willingness to learn is
- An excellent understanding of how to apply our brand tone and messaging to a variety of channels, as well as a desire to push the boundaries of how our brand is interpreted
- An ability to think out of the box. We are looking for individuals who can take thought-starter ideas and stretch them to create copy that is creative and compelling.
- Has a good understanding of how social media, blogs, and newsletters fit into a brand’s marketing strategy
- The candidate is passionate and knowledgeable about current trends in art, style, lifestyle, content development, and distribution.
- Energy and enthusiasm for social media, with experience using Facebook and Facebook Groups, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.
- The candidate is culturally sensitive to the latest trends; understands the internet, social and ---------- culture, and how to work within it while maintaining brand safety.
- Self-directed, execution-focused, and incredibly well-organized with a proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in photo editing and video editing is a plus.
- Committed, responsible to the job and willing to “go the extra mile” if required.
- No experience needed but must be an A player that can learn and adapt fast.
