## About The Company

Baton is a 25-person tech company that helps distributed teams track and prioritize business operations problems without meetings.

After working with distributed teams over the past year, we have discovered a key set of communications challenges that keep them from delivering their best work:

While we offer a service to help teams address these concerns, we are about to launch our first self-serve application to scale our impact and reach.

We are looking for thoughtful content and marketing professionals to increase the value of our CRM, expand our reach, and deliver valuable content to our audience.

## The Opportunity

You will jump-start your career with us by taking ownership of these key responsibilities:

- Compile and analyze marketing data from AM/FM Radio Ads for the client
- Collaborate with the Implementations Team on the Client Tasks
- Communicate with and report to the clients regularly
- Get familiar with multiple applications that the clients use

## Who Is Our Ideal Candidate?

- Excellent command of the English Language (written & spoken)
- Background or experience in buying ads
- Experience using Trade Desk and/or Mindshare
- Willing to work **2 hours** within the following time frame: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM (GMT -5 time zone) or from 10 PM to 7 AM (the following day) Philippine Time
- Detail-oriented – pays attention, especially to the minor details of tasks
- Embrace ambiguity – when you do not know how to do something, you ask Google.
- Low ego – if you do not know the answer, you ask questions. You are not afraid of anybody knowing what you do not know.
- Honest – even when the truth is not great, you speak it. If you had an off day, or your manager is wrong, you say so.
- Technical – you are not scared of writing an API call or hooking together a Zap or two.

## Compensation and Perks

Competitive Remuneration: You can expect to draw a salary of PHP 220 per hour of work, 10 hours of work a week for the time being.
