Can you build a high quality website from start to finish and want to earn commission from sales?

I have a business in the UK selling a bespoke product which is sold face to face, I want to sell this product through a website, ebay, amazon etc.
I am willing to either pay commission per sale or a percentage of the business if targets are met. I will also pay a good basic salary.
I am willing to employ several members of staff with different skills.
Once we have the website up and running, then the focus will be on driving traffic to the site.
