Call Center Agent

About us:
We are a tech solution provider for small to medium businesses.

We're looking for someone to answer customer's phone call to place food order and provide customer service through phone/email/live chat. Our customers are looking to make a ordering, change a ordering, or learn about pricing, or they have a complaint.

Skills needed for this project:
- Outstanding English speaking skill with basically no-accent.
- Experience in customer support or placing online order
- Friendliness and exceptional communication skills
- Must be comfortable with web and basic price calculation
- Reliable with nice personality.
