Marketing and Social Media Manager

Requirements:
At least 2-year work experience working as a marketing/social media manager. Experience working with a real estate or property management company is a plus
Expert-level knowledge in Active Campaign is a MUST
Familiar with WordPress and work with a web designer
Experience with Split Testing
Expert in Hootsuite or similar
Experience using Canva
Video Editing experience a plus
Basic understanding of SEO, knowledge of SEM Rush a plus
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, and advanced understanding of public relations.
High-level sales and customer service knowledge
Efficient and can work with minimal supervision
Have a working main and backup PC/Laptop, DSL/Fiber
Internet connection of at least 10mbps
Can work during AZ business hours
Can work during the weekends
Can start ASAP

Job Info:
Handling Social Media Organic and Paid Marketing, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google My Business
Handling Email Marketing for the company using Active Campaign
Plan out content using our content calendar
Create content for various platforms
Conducting split testing
Track and report back KPIs and create a plan to improve and optimize
