Twilio API Integrator

A growing innovative global trademarking company is looking for a coder who has experience with Twilio API.

At this time, we need the following features implemented:

1. Integrate a way to call people via twilio from our web page

2. Ideally, figure out a way to make those calls from mobile phones as well.

3. Record all outgoing calls from those numbers and store the recordings on our server.

4. Record all incoming calls made to the twilio numbers and store recordings on our servers.

5. If Twilio API allows it: list, add, and remove phone numbers we want to use for calls and SMS.

At this early stage, we just need the simplest possible integration. Basically, if you can make a HELLO WORLD page that features the functions listed above, that's all we want to see. We may want to use your services in the future to go deeper into the integration.
