Sales/Customer Service

Full time position 10am to 7pm CST (8 hours working, 1 hour lunch).

This position is for a sales and customer service agent willing to contribute in other ways when there are no customer inquiries. The company is over a year old and it is an online eCommerce business.

I'm looking for someone with top-tier English skills and little to no accent. The best candidate will be able to think critically and find answers on their own by searching our website first, then reaching out to our manufacturers if we do not already have the answers to our customer's questions available.

Speed is critical, so the best candidate will have excellent internet speed so that they can hear the phone and chat notifications instantaneously and pick up right away without delay. You will preferably have backup internet if it goes down from time to time in your area.
