User Interface (UI) Designer

Qualifications:

Personal Computer in good operating condition
With a fast and reliable internet connection at home (not below 5MBPS of upload and download speed).
Separate, dedicated work from home office space
Plus a 10x attitude who meets all our culture requirements!
Strong typography, layout, and visual design skills
At least 2-4 years of experience in graphic design/web design with a focus on web and digital format and apps.
Proficiency in using Adobe software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, and other design tools.
Experience in using UX software such as but not limited to Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, UXPin, etc.
Experience with web design, mobile app design, graphic assets for digital marketing platforms, illustrations, and logos creation
Ability to code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
General understanding of brand guidelines, responsive design, and grid principles.
Crazy, Fanatical Attention to Details
Knowledgeable of creating and deploying NFTs a major plus

UI Designer Responsibilities:

Live out the NaXum Core Values and honor our North Stars.
Execute all 'Don't Make Me Think' visual design stages of our products from concept to final hand-off to UX Designers
Design prototypes, wireframes, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Design websites, capture pages, plan images, banners, recruitment ads, NFTs, blog imagery, and other marketing paraphernalia for the company and clients
Attend daily Stand Up Calls and Weekly Skills Trainings
Test graphics across various media
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and with adherence to product branding requirements
Support the UX and Engineering teams to make sure UI features are implemented as intended
