Virtual and ecommerce assistant

My business is a salon based in London and we have an ecommerce site where we retail professional use beauty products to beauty therapists and lash artists.
I am looking for a virtual and ecommerce assistant to help me promote and manage all of the admin for my business. I would like this to be a long term working relationship so you can get to understand my business and help me long term. But would like to start on a part time basis- something small like 10-15 hours a week to trial the working relationship. I would like applicants to have availability to work more hours in the future if needed.
At the moment all my products are inventory stock but I am looking to start a drop shipping and a print on demand business so someone who has experience with this will be helpful.
Tasks will include
• General administration tasks
• Updating shopify store- creating special offers promo codes etc- editing pictures etc
• Email marketing via shopify, mail chimp and our client booking system
• Social media content creation, scheduling engagement
• Setting up drop shipping business
• Email management
• Responding to clients messages via email, social media and google

• Experienced in using shopify for email marketing
• Experienced in using mailchimp for email marketing

• Wanting to help a small business owner achieve success in her business
• Wanting to work on a long term basis to help my small business grow
