For my Ecom website I need someone who can maintain the customer service. You will therefore be in contact with people a lot and you will have to apply the social aspect properly. In addition, the growth capacity and development are very important to you in this job.
We will work with the 4R model:
ROLE:
You will be the person responsible for maintaining the mailbox for our store in Germany and talk with the supplier about customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• You will be available every meeting once a week
• You will make sure that you check the inbox and reply to customers fast.
RESULTS:
• Handeling the mailbox without any problems
• Staying in contact with the supplier for the mailbox
REQUIREMENTS:
• Fluently speaking english
• Full time available
• Bonus: you have experience in the customer service branch

- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
