Podcast Virtual Assistant Wanted!

This will initially be part-time, approximately 20 hours, with the opportunity to increase to full-time for the right person after a trial period.

There will also be the opportunity to increase the p/h rate as you take on more responsibilities.

Plus the opportunity to receive a month's pay as an annual bonus.

You will be doing a variety of tasks which my team of existing Filipino VA's will teach you.

Somethings I have in mind for you to do in the immediate future are:

*Doing outreach for guests and post-invite follow-ups for the Dream 100 exercise for each podcast client

*Scheduling guests and doing outreach based on the parameters identified by the client.

*Guest management

•Manage Email List

*Schedule Management

*Ensuring information is well-kept and up to date with accurate client profile

*Transcribing episodes

*Answering feedback if necessary

*Following up with guests post-podcast session

*Email Management

*File Management

*Data Entry

*Providing recommendations and strategy

* Transcribing our podcasts using Otter.ai

* Posting our podcast to our hosting platform

Pay: TBD, this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job.

*You can work whenever you want, wherever you want. You will not have to wake up or work at any given time, excepting odd occasions when we have deadlines to meet for a podcast launch. (Tea ---------- etings are 2-3 p/w usually 5pm Philippines Time for 30 minutes).

I founded my podcast agency, ---------- . We create podcasts for both global brands and individual entrepreneurs.
I have been working with Filipino's since the pandemic started and all of my VA’s have been very happy to work with me.
