Account Manager

We are looking for an Account Manager to oversee our online marketing initiatives' planning, execution, and optimisation. The ideal candidate should have an advanced understanding of digital marketing areas such as websites, social media, digital media planning, and email marketing. They should be familiar with the various digital channels and should be able to develop KPIs for digital objectives.

Roles and responsibilities
Lead the project management of agency clients’ paid search/social campaigns, meeting high standards and client performance goals.
Focus on generating sales/leads primarily through social media, SEO, PPC advertising, email marketing, content production, and creative approaches.
Assist with the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies that align with overall client objectives.
Work closely with the Senior Strategist on onboarding assigned clients, addressing campaign performance issues, and presenting clients with growth opportunities and tactics.
Maintain and forecast monthly budgets, review reports, analyse data, and provide clients with accurate reporting based on their requirements. This may be weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports demonstrating progress towards KPIs
Manage the day-to-day digital marketing strategy tasks of the implementation team (this may be PPC, Social Media, SEO, or Creative specialists)

Required Experience:
At least three (3) years of Performance/Digital Marketing experience building and managing high-performing digital Search and Social Ad campaigns.
Must have advanced knowledge across Facebook Business Manager suite, Google Ads (search, apps, display & YouTube), and other digital mediums.
Strong analytical and reporting experience across websites and app platforms. GA, GTM, GDS, etc.
A Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a relevant field will be considered favourably.
Have the ability to work independently or collaboratively to resolve issues.
Excellent stakeholder management abilities, natural leadership abilities, client relationship skills
High-level time management abilities, including the capacity to rank various tasks in significance
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Highly motivated, self-driven with a positive ---------- tail-oriented, high-level organisational skills, and result-oriented.
