Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or law equivalent
• At least 7 years of working experience in HR is required for this position
• Must have an extensive knowledge on labor laws & legislation both Philippines and Australia
• Must be competent to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Excellent English written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Duties and responsibilities:
• Review and update company policies and legal legislation (i.e. Australian Safety legislation)
• Providing client’s support
• Attendance management/ KPI monitoring
• Keeping abreast with HR related matters such as but not limited to government contributions, national/local holidays and etc.
• Preparing, formatting, and modifying documents or manuals related to the job
• Drafting/updating administrative systems to make them more efficient
• Prioritizing tasks and assignments to meet scheduled deadlines
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Forming and maintaining employee records
• Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
• Performance management of staff

7:30 AM – 3:30 PM Shift, Monday-Friday
Provided company laptop and additional monitor
