1. Application of Skills and Capabilities
o Receives, screens, directs and relays telephone messages.
o Receives and endorses mails and packages delivered to the Head Office.
o Assists in the planning and preparation of meetings and conferences.
o Assists and welcomes visitors, clients, applicants, consultants and others in Arquee Corporation.
o Responds to inquiries and concerns of the public.
o Ensures that the reception area is clean and presentable.
o Prepares transmittals summary report.
o Prepares and updates the address book/directory monthly with the telephone numbers, emails and other contact details of all existing/ new clients, suppliers as well as affiliates.
2. Coordination
o Liaises with all Department Managers & Department Team Members.
o Possesses good customer-service orientation by being open about ideas, comments and feedback from employees, customers and suppliers and vendors.
o Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally.
