JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a React Native Developer who wants to work on a full-time short-term (2+ months) project with the potential to grow into a part-time long-term support retainer. The primary responsibility is to add new features to the existing product which is an POS (Point-of-Sale) application using React Native (and specifically for Android). You will be working alongside the same Software Architect who built the product and APIs that you will be supporting.

Responsibilities
- Develop new quality software solutions
- Analyze and maintain the existing software application
- Design highly scalable and testable code
- Discover and fix programming bugs
- Write clean Git commit messages and create testable PRs

Qualifications
- Have at least 2+ years of mobile application experience (especially using React Native)
- Have at least 2+ years of experience consuming Web APIs (especially REST APIs)
- Have an inquisitive mindset and positive attitude (be laid-back, but not lazy)
- Have excellent English communication skills
