ITSM Expert

Hi I am looking for someone with and in-depth knowledge of ITIL process and have an understanding of implementing ITSM (Incident Management, Change Management, etc...) in a new environment.

Must be skilled in Microsoft Excel and work in a high pace environment with quick turn around times
