Overview
- We’ve been looking for a Filipino teacher ( Home-base ). No experience is needed as training will be provided. ( NOTES: We do NOT hire STUDENTS. )

Company Background.
- My company started in Nov 2018 and we currently accommodate about 80 students. I intentionally keep my company small, which enables me to help my students in the best way possible. ( NOTES: all my students are adults )

Rate
-6-day training - Php 1000
-Official employment; Php 20,000 for 160h
-Promotion: if you work with us for a year, you will get a raise and get paid 25,000 pesos per month.

Schedule for the training
- You'll be having a 2h training with Yuji or one of the employees. You'll be notified of your schedule a day in advance. The training could be anytime between 10am to 1130pm Japan time. You'll be given a document, which lists videos you need to watch as well as other documents you have to read before the training for the day. There will be a briefing before training begins.

Schedule after your official employment starts
- You'll be working for 4.5 - 5.5h a day ( 7 days a week ). We try to give you a schedule focused in the morning, or evening. For example, if your first lesson is scheduled at 8am japan time, we will do our best giving you a schedule that ends by 2pm in the afternoon. If your first lesson starts at 4pm, we will give you a schedule that ends by 12am midnight. We'll make a schedule in a way that you won't be working throughout the day. Certainly, there are some days this arrangement is not possible. Because you'll be working every day, we take your free time for the day very seriously, so we'll try to give you the best schedule possible.

Day off
-If you need a day off, you can request one ( must be done a week in advance). Having no day off may sound tough, however, it is not as overwhelming as you’d think.

Payment
- ( the trainees are required to teach at least 10 lessons before ending the training) Upon completing the training, your official employment will begin and for the first month of employment, the employee will be paid hourly (Php 125) and from the second month, the employee will be paid Php 20,000 a month.
- The first month is considered a probation period. If the employer determines that the employee is not adequate enough for the position, the employer will be exempt from giving one month's notice. The training fee and the amount of money the employee earned from the first month will be paid upon finishing the first month.
-Should the employer decide to end the contract during the probation period, the employer will still pay for the training fee as well as the total hours worked upon notice of termination. Should the employee decide to leave during the probation period, the payment won’t be made.
- Should the employer determine that the employee is not adequate during the training and end the training in the middle of it, the employee won’t be paid.

LASTLY...
-Please note that this is NOT a part-time job. This is a full-time job and you’ll be working for 4.5h~5.5h EVERY DAY. Please also note that you do hire ONLY degree holders ( no undergraduate students ). You must be older than 24 to apply as well.
