I'm looking for an experienced and confident videographer that takes over a lot of the editing I'm doing with minimal direction fro ---------- .

Must be FAST, effective, and have previous experience EDITING! You must be able to add music, text, and make my videos look professional. For podcasts, I would need someone to help make the audio pop and transition from topic to topic.
