we have a house with 5 rooms that needs to be rented so our VA will organised everything related til all rooms are finally rented and look after emails ,calls ,follow ups, advice tenants ,check tenants, fix any need fix small problem at this house. Advertising via facebook flatmates or similars. Arranging appointments every saturday am to see rooms available. VA must report daily evidence of working. $400 USD Month 1 good performance ? then introduce house 2 with added paying fee.
