Summary/Objective
In the role of Customer Support Specialist you’ll be answering emails that include customer requests for support and answering questions about our products and services. You are a person who is able to handle and manage different types of personalities. Our ideal candidate is someone that can adapt quickly, has an open mind and is ---------- sential Functions
1. Resolving client issues via email and phone
2. Coordinating and tracking customer data through a CRM and spreadsheets
3. Creating templates for answers and solutions to common client questions/issues
4. Communicate client trends to our team in a timely manner
5. Do customer follow up/ outreach and make sure our customers are fully satisfied and see what other products they want in the future.
6. Add customer email to email auto-responder list and customer list management

Competencies
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Able to independently manage customer issues through to resolution
3. Natural problem-solver
4. Values attention to detail, organization and possesses strong admin skills

Required Education and Experience
1. 2+ years experience working in a high touch support or client-facing role
2. In-depth understanding of CRMs and Customer Satisfaction
3. Experience writing in a customer service role

Preferred Education and Experience
1. Previous experience working in a customer service role in [insert industry here]
2. Successful and proven track record in a customer service role.
