Summary/Objective
In the role of Customer Support Specialist you’ll be answering
1. Resolving client issues via
2. Coordinating and tracking customer data through a CRM and spreadsheets
3. Creating templates for answers and solutions to common client questions/issues
4. Communicate client trends to our team in a timely manner
5. Do customer follow up/ outreach and make sure our customers are fully satisfied and see what other products they want in the future.

Required Education and Experience

3. Experience writing in a customer service role
