Marketing Executive w Ontraport experience

EXPERIENCED MARKETING EXECUTIVE with ONTRAPORT Experience REQUIRED FOR LEGAL SOFTWARE PROVIDER

Wise Owl Legal requires an experienced Marketing Executive to help us implement our recently developed marketing plan. We are looking to appoint an Offshore Filipino Specialist – Marketing (OFS – Marketing)

We have well documented procedures in our online portal.

THE ROLE

We are looking at a full-time experienced Marketing executive, that has excellent written and spoken English and has a proven track record in the Marketing environment.

We are based in Brisbane Queensland Australia – so no daylight savings changes. Hours of work are AEST: GMT +10 from 8:00 am to 4;30 pm (PHST: GMT +8 from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm)
We have developed a plan for a range of potential clients. The tools we will be using will start with Linked in and Ontraport, but will expand to other areas of online advertising and social media.

The successful candidate will be:
• running the day-to-day marketing activities in line with our well-developed marketing plan
• chatting with interested prospects on Linked in and other channels
• setting up group and / or one on one meetings for interest prospects to find out more
• updating and sending automated mailouts from Ontraport
• updating newsletters in Mail chimp and broadcasting
• following up on all initial inquiries
• assisting with set up of adds for various platforms
• assisting with measuring of metrics from marketing activities.

· Ability to follow step by step instructions

WORK SCHEDULE AND HOLIDAYS

This is a Monday to Friday position 40 hours per week, working Australian Hours. That is GMT +10 from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or PHST GMT+8 from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.

We have a Christmas shutdown, generally of about 2 weeks.

PERKS AND BENEFITS

On completion of your 6 months’ probation, you will be entitled to pro-rata of 13th month.
