We're looking for a full-time team player, ready to join our 7-figure (soon to hit 8 figures) ecommerce company.

**Long-Term Employment with Opportunity for Promotion to Management Position Within 6 Months**

ABOUT THE POSITION
Taking on this position as our lead Facebook media buyer, you will become absolutely essential to our operation.

You'll be trained closely by our co-founder and long-time tea ---------- mbers.

We'll spend countless hours with you ensuring your success, prioritizing your personal growth, and purchasing all the online courses and training materials you'll ever need.

But we expect you to be extremely curious and eager to learn, solve problems, and take initiative.

Next, once you are an expert on how we conduct our processes, you'll be tasked with building, training, and managing your own team as we together hire more and more tea ---------- mbers and scale our operation.

Managing & training your team will include running your own meetings, creating SOPs, holding tea ---------- mbers accountable, and overseeing your team's success.

Logistical Requirements:

- Full-Time Availability (40 Hours/Week)

- Fluent, Perfect English

- Fast, Reliable Internet Connection
