Working closely with our HR team, our new Recruitment Specialist will

>> Sort through applications from active job posts

>> Search for potential candidates via manual sourcing

>> Engage with potential candidates and respond to any queries via phone, email or SMS

>> Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates

>> Manage data associated with the recruitment process

Requirements / Qualifications

Experience in sourcing techniques

Experience in building recruitment strategies and processes

Solid verbal and written communication skills
