Call QA and Reporting Analyst

We are looking for someone that has very good English communication skills, both verbal and writing, that can listen to our client calls that come in and update relevant information for each on a weekly basis.
You will be responsible for updating call information that comes in, marking appointments as set, and using critical thinking skills to create analysis reports for our account management team about issues clients are having when answering the phone.

Roofer Marketers is a Full Service Internet Marketing agency based in the USA that helps roofing companies increase their sales via Search Engine Marketing (SEO & PPC), Social Media, & other online marketing platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Listening to client call logs and updating contact information that may have auto populated incorrectly
- Marking each lead call as a duplicate, not relevant, or appointment set with any details that are needed
- Providing real time issue reports to our account management team if there are issues with calls coming in such as poor communication from person that answers the phone, hangups, or consistent errors you're seeing
- Updating Monthly Client Reports and finding any issues before putting in client folders

Key Skills:
- Excellent english communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to find issues and common concerns in accounts that can help improve our client's phone skills
- Able to complete data entry and compare Call logs with CRM data to ensure accuracy
- Be able to follow directions and have high attention to detail
- Get your work done on time each month
