Senior Recruitment Consultant (Remote)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, top performer to support a fast-paced, high-performing team of Recruitment Consultants. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant (Remote), you are the vital link between candidates and the recruitment consultant. We will also nurture you to become a leader and be responsible for a larger team of Assistant Recruitment Consultants. Ultimately, you will become in charge of developing processes that will help us scale our company internationally.

What You’ll Be Doing

(Conduct and Develop)

* Organic and networking strategies to expand our database of candidates

* Zoom interviews with candidates

* Pre-interview processes to prepare candidates for interview with our team of recruitment consultants

* Relationship management processes with freelancers before and after their working shifts by providing guidance and gathering feedback, such that we become their choice of agency when looking for a part-time jobs for themselves and friends

* Partnering with our Customer Success Managers to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our service
