This is a fantastic opportunity for a systems-driven and detail-oriented person to join our team at B&P Trading Company, a global ecommerce company.

This Systems Champion role is remote (work from home), with company headquarters in Columbia, MO.

As the Systems Champion, you will be responsible for creating, managing and keeping systems up to date across all company departments.

You’ll report directly to the CEO and Department Heads and be responsible for documenting and optimizing critical business systems. The Systems Champion’s role is key to helping us free up the time of senior teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, deliver consistently great results to our customers and increase the capacity of the entire team.

You will establish a collaborative working relationship with the CEO and Department Heads, who will work with you on strategic goals and priorities.

Your job will be to take the strategic guidance and develop systems to support the team in achieving these goals. The ability to organize your work, develop easy-to-use systems, and have good working relationships with the team will be absolutely key to your success in this role.

You will not only know how to start projects yourself, but you will be able to manage timelines, get the resources you need, and see projects through to completion. We neither have the time nor the inclination to micromanage you or your work. You’ll have a lot of freedom in this role but also a lot of responsibility.
