Social Media Operations/Customer Service

As a Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for:
- managing any incoming customer service inquiry
- Provide clarifications on services, prices, and scope for work to clients
- Scheduling of new job requests to ensure internal teams are available
- Coordinate schedule change requests
- Work with multiple internal teams to ensure services requests are addressed
- Any other customer service & administrative requests - general inquiries, complaints, refunds, etc
- Platform includes: Instagram / Facebook / Whatsapp /
- Work on reports, and help with scheduling.
- reach out to customers to upsell, ask about their past experience
- help to send out promotional products to potential clients

Requirements:
- A good command of English; or Mandarin is desirable but not necessary
- Quick thinker and able to prioritize customers and help them troubleshoot issues
- Customer service and project management experience are desirable
- Require good internet connection, full-time commitment, able to work in flexible working hours
- Experienced in handling Singapore customers or work experience in Singapore will be an advantage.
- Good to have back up connection during power/service outage

- Laptop/Desktop (that will not lag, needs to open multiple browsers and tabs for work)

Working hours are staggered shift timing
8.30am - 5.30 pm
10.30am - 7.30pm
2.30pm -11.30 pm
Required to work on weekends and public holidays.
Off days are once a week (rotational with other VAs)
- OT applies when necessary
- Salary payment is twice a month
- Performance will be judged and measured with Bonus and Increment in place if performance is good.

Ideally, we are looking for someone that can start immediately, training will be provided!
