Ecommerce Manager

Salary: 30-45K, depending on experience and prior pay with attractive incentives if hit sales target

Location: ON-SITE, Quezon City, PH

Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of all aspects of all of our existing and future online stores
Drive sales and marketing efforts to hit sales quota for responsible stores
Work with and supervise ~6 Account Owners to achieve sales target set for all Shopee stores
Train, mentor and develop Account Owners to become more effective and efficient in the stores handled
Manage livestreamers for Lazada/ Shopee
Develop sales and marketing advertising strategy for Lazada or Shopee stores and oversee execution; propose monthly budget and ensure follow through with budget
Responsible for sales report, insights gathering and market analysis vs competitors
Fully Responsible for Sales Registration, Marketing Initiatives, Livestream Concepts & Schedule, Stocks in Store, After Sales & Customer Relations & Manual Sales Discount for all sales events
Ensure orders are sent on time and report any backlog or problematic orders, otherwise escalate to factory side or report supervisor immediately

Requirements:
College degree is a must
At least 4-5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in ecommerce platform (Lazada, Shopee) or e- commerce team of retailer or brand
With experience of managing a team
Excellent presentation and communication skills, speak fluent English
Adequate knowledge of social analytics, online marketing, and major marketing channels
Able to work under pressure at a fast-paced, challenging environment
Flexible in work taskings – may need to OT (with OT pay) for mega events occasionally
Must be proactive with good working attitude – not afraid to give opinion for the good of the company
Demonstrate confidence and leadership to work with other teams
