**Requirements**:
- **References**: Provide instagram pages currently or previously managed and a portfolio showcasing social media work and results. YOUR RESUME WILL NOT BE REVIEWED IF THIS IS NOT PROVIDED
- **Experience**: Proven experience in social media, specifically in editing, posting short-form videos as Reels
- **Skills**: Proficient in content creation and editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Hootsuite or Buffer.).
- **Process**: Ability to demonstrate the process and software used for content creation and management and ability of posting onto multiple platforms.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Available Eastern time zone in the U.S.
- **Creativity**: Strong creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Content Creation & Editing**: Edit and enhance content using software tools to ensure it is polished, professional, and aligned with our brand voice and aesthetic tailored to each social media platform
- **Content Scheduling**: Plan and schedule posts to maintain a consistent online presence and engagement with our audience.
- **Engagement**: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media to foster a positive community and customer relationship.
- **Analytics**: Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content strategy and report on key insights.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with us to understand our goals, target audience, and market trends to create relevant content.
- **Innovation**: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our social media strategy.
