Job Purpose: High performing Real Estate team is looking for a full-time Marketing Assistant for creative/task-driven and support work to fit where needed most.

Job Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, in Marketing or equivalent work experience required.
2 or more years of experience in an Ad Agency or Real Estate Sales environment required
Bright, upbeat, energetic and have strong communication skills
Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions
Develops innovative forward design concepts
Job Required Qualifications: Well-spoken English and Communication Skills, Minimum Skills as prescribed by the job description. Minimum of 1+ years in Marketing Brand Awareness development and Marketing material creation. Top-notch Customer Service work experience.
Must be willing and able to shift responsibilities to work within other departments as may be assigned.
Working Conditions / Location: US Work Hours, Flexibility on work shift times, hours and days of the week/weekend, Well Spoken English and Communication Skills, Home Based, Must have IT Equipment to perform the role, at least 8GB RAM. Must have a strong and stable internet connection, not lower than 5mpbs download and upload speed. MAC Technology is highly recommended and preferred. Have a full backup plan on equipment and internet/power.
Job Duties: Advocate for the Marketing within our organization, ensuring the area of brand recognition and overall marketing is effectively used to accomplish business goals, and grow
Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely.
Prepare signage and events for new community launches that will entice potential buyers.
Arrange for and implement all team events, take photos and post highlights on social media.
Manage website design, content, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant.
Make sure all company materials are accurate and relevant in accordance to company compliance policies.
Managing
Assisting our Marketing director on video shoots (preparing gear and possibly learning how to film/assist in the recording process).
Uploading, downloading, and editing various media files - audio and video to see how you can capture and track organic content.
Managing various digital platforms, like WordPress, Youtube, Google Drive, our CRM, etc.
Content and Basic Video editing.
Working knowledge of WordPress and video editing are a major plus.
