Job Purpose: We are in need of a professional real estate recruiter to help us identify driven new agents who can meet the demands of our growing real estate business. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to agents, ensuring their abilities align with our high-performance standards, and evaluating if they’re a great culture fit for the team. Applicants must be personable and can balance relationships with multiple candidates at one time. This is a great opportunity to be a part of building an incredible real estate team.


Job Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Sales, Inside Sales, and/or Business Administration. At least 2 years of experience recruiting in real estate, inside sales, or a similar field.
Ability to handle constant rejection and maintain a growth-minded outlook
Ability to work and adjust based on one's own direction.
Adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive among shifting priorities.

Job Required Qualifications: Well-spoken English and Communication Skills, Minimum Skills as prescribed by the job description. Minimum of 1+ years in Customer Service, Call Center, Sales, or Recruiting work experience. Real Estate recruiting/experience is a huge ---------- n meet or exceed Working Conditions/Location aspects.
Need to be comfortable talking with a variety of people and new people and have solid writing abilities as well.
Experience with posting jobs on the most well-known job boards.
Strong organizational skills and time management skills.
Must be willing and able to shift responsibilities to work within other departments as may be assigned.

Working Conditions / Location: US Work Hours, Flexibility on work shift times, hours and days of the week/weekend, Well Spoken English and Communication Skills, Home Based, Must have IT Equipment to perform the role, at least 8GB RAM. Must have a strong and stable internet connection, not lower than 5mpbs download and upload speed. Have a full backup plan on equipment and internet/power.

Job Duties: Advocate for the CRM System within our organization, ensuring the system is effectively used to accomplish business goals, and grow ---------- idging the gap between our CRM and our Real Estate Agents that rely on it. Primary advocate in reviews, follow-up, and follow-through of all system data and abilities, to grow business ---------- lling new and seasoned agents on a weekly ---------- tting appointments for the Operations and Management ---------- cure at least 5 appointments per week. Routinely book appointments with real estate agents, helping them create a plan to achieve their goals using our training, leads, and ---------- tablish enough outbound outreach via call, text, and email to keep a steady stream of real estate agents from which our Team can choose.
Getting agent's contact information, for follow-up and strategy session appointments.
Follow predetermined scripts and lists to make phone calls, while enhancing and updating such as needed through progression.
Enhances the effectiveness of database tools and services.
Ensure all candidate files are properly managed and stored to assure privacy and keep information readily available.
Helps build the structure and design of the database.
Maintain clear records of all applicants, their interviews, and data from their applications to streamline the candidate pipeline.
Enhances the scalability and performance of existing database structures. Put steps in place to scale the recruiting process and ensure candidates are high quality.
Monitors database performances and improves technologies.
Reports to top management teams.
Utilize CRM features that will give more opportunities and growth to the ---------- municate to management agents opportunities, while providing progress reports to the leadership team on which recruiting methods are most successful.
Manage the hiring process, make recommendations to hiring managers based on who you find to be the best fit for our team and culture, and follow up with candidates who are not selected.
Identify and amplify the pain of agents maintaining the status quo in their businesses

Employment Type: Full Time, 40-Hour Work ---------- pensation: Hourly Pay Rate, Full Time, 40-Hour Work Week. Plus Bonus Potential.
