HR Manager for Tech & Crypto Marketing Agency

Hello! We are seeking a hiring manager to help our small marketing agency/practice to grow, improve processes, and hire the right people to outsource various tasks such as content writing, social media, and finance.

This is a part-time, on-demand gig. As we grow, so may the need for more hires and therefore HR services. We are a small and friendly group and generally, everyone is a pleasure to work with.

Here are the basic skills and requirements:

Proficient spoken and written English
Experience in hiring or HR preferred
Ability to use communication tools like Slack
Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Notion, and Asana (preferred, not required)
The HR manager will post roles, administer test assignments, conduct screening, and refer the best applicants to the managing director.
The candidate that has experience in marketing, technology, or crypto/blockchain is preferred.

Much of the infrastructure and processes are already set up by our previous HR manager, so the learning curve and setup will be minimal. Each application submitted will be reviewed by my administrative assistant, who may conduct a preliminary screening interview before referring to me for the final interview.
