Inside Sales Agent (ISA) Real Estate

Job description:
We’re looking to hire 1 or 2 experienced Inside Sales Agents to join our team. The ideal ISA has the ability to identify sales opportunities, follow lead conversion procedures, takes initiative, and set appointments for our Realtor tea ---------- mbers.

Ideal candidates:
Match our culture, accountability, and productivity.
Has excellent English (verbal and written)
Enjoys working closely as a team but self-managed.
Has experience with Follow Up Boss (FUB).
Has at least 1 year of ISA experience
Has high-speed internet and a reliable computer (not tablet)
Okay with change and adapts quickly.
**Experience in Ylopo is a plus**

Duties:
Outbound calling to real estate clients (home sellers and buyers)
Responsible for converting incoming calls, texts, and emails to appointments and transferring to agents via FUB or Slack.
Circle Prospecting
Reporting metrics to team leads
