JOB OVERVIEW

The Social Media Manager / Realtor Executive Assistant will provide administrative, social media, Canva graphic design, web research, appointment setting, and written English skills to support the company.

Duties:

• Respond to emails and messages

• Manage social media accounts

• Design graphics using Canva

• Conduct web research

• Set up appointments

• Write and edit copy

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to learn new tasks quickly (if you don't know something we ask for here but are a good learner that's all we ask for!)

• Familiarity with Slack, signal, and CRM's a plus

Bonus:

• Hunger for growth (we want to reward and promote hard work)

Availability / Hours / Pay
• 9am MST to 5pm MST [USA]. (once we get going there will be more flexibility in time of day worked)
• Full Time Position (we will offer a contract after a 30 day trial period)
• $3.50 - $5.00/hr depending on experience
• Payment weekly via Paypal or ----------
