We are a real estate team located in NYC. We help our clients buy, sell, and rent real estate throughout the city and remain committed to top-of-class service. We want to provide the best possible experience for our clients. The right candidate for this job is someone that can develop and maintain not only our social media and online presence but help us provide best-of-class service in marketing our listings using video, images, and print. Opportunity for growth and bonus pay.

-Eastern Standard Time day time work schedule (8-4 or 9-5)
-Work with sales team and other staff to prepare all elements of marketing for each listing and building we sell.
-Manage the timely setup of all marketing associated with property listings, including photos, videos, social media, print, and any other digital content in support of the sale of our listings
-Review and maintain style guides and best practices for our social media presence.
-Prepare the setup of images and videos necessary for each new listing in a timely manner.
-Find and create images and videos from acceptable sources to support the team social media pages as well as the personal pages for the directors of the team.
-Create and maintain a calendar of posts, stories, videos, quotes, etc and ensure consistent and timely promotion of each.
-Develop and maintain the effectiveness of our Youtube page, video series, etc.
-Maintain our website for updates, not only team based but listing-based updates.
-Develop and maintain all necessary ads through Google, Facebook, IG, and elsewhere so that we can test and measure the result of each ad spend.
