Cold Caller for Real Estate (Realtor) Agent

Making cold calls on behalf of a Texas real estate agent.
You will be expected to choose a schedule that fits your needs and to stick to that schedule. I am seeking someone to make cold calls on my behalf for 40 hours weekly. I provide a great deal of flexibility but whatever schedule you choose to work, I expect it to be adhered to.

HOURLY WAGE:
The job pays $1.90 hourly with a 10-15% pay increase after the first two months based on performance and attitude. The next pay increase will be January 1st, 2017. The next pay increase will be each year on the first of January.

BONUSES:
Potential bonus gifts and/or gift cards of up to $50 each are offered.

PAY PERIODS:
I will pay you weekly or bi-weekly (your choice) but you must cover the cost to receive your payment. You will be expected to work 40 hours and at the end of the pay period, I will pay you the sum of all hours worked for the period.

TOOLS:
You will be using tools such as:
- Excel (I will provide you spreadsheets with phone numbers to call).
- Google Docs
- Do Not Call Sentry tool (I will provide for you to use) that you MUST USE to check if a phone number is allowed to be called before dialing. More discussion to come on this.
- VOIP service for making calls (you may use your own or I can provide)

TRAINING AND COACHING:
We will discuss the scripts and tools you will use for making phone calls. We will have coaching sessions daily and talk through scenarios and situations encountered in order to improve quality of our work. I’ll be available to answer any questions.
