Virtual Assistant with a love of crafts and blog writing

Hi there! We are a small digital agency steam called Creator Club that's been growing slowly for around 3 years. We are based in Australia and have a range of different clients.

We currently have a client based in Canada who needs a virtual assistant with solid experience in eCommerce, SEO and blog writing and video editing that loves arts and crafts. The ideal start time would be 6am PHT Time and you would work Monday-Friday for 4-5 hours per day. There generally wouldn't be any weekend work, but one of your tasks will be to provide shipping quotes to customers if they need a quote. If you could do this on the weekend that'd be great (We can notifications ping you) It won't be too often. (Of course you're paid for this time)

We have room for you to work more hours if you can offer other skills. We have other clients and projects so we're always on the look out for great talent.

The client sells supplies for arts and crafts, it would be wonderful if you would be interested in writing and record videos of how to create things they ask for. And then turn them into YouTube videos and blogs/tutorials/articles!

What you REALLY need to do well at this job:
- Solid writing experience, you'll be writing 2-4 blogs per month. We have a local editor that can help make sure your grammar and formatting match western context. The less editing that needs to be done is prefered.
- Understanding basic SEO, keyword research/titles/metatags etc
- Understand how to provide shipping quotes, using a bit of math to calculate shipping weights/box sizes etc. This is quite a tricky problem and is the main issue we would like you to solve.
- Placing shipping orders (sending details to a shipping provider to have labels provided)
- Creating email marketing campaigns with some direction (styling and pushing out emails)
- Editing maybe 1-2 video's per month for YouTube and ideally Instagram reels/tiktoks.
- Creating social media content (3-4 posts per week) (content/captions ideally, we do have a graphic designer you can use)
- Using ClickUp for project management
- Amazing English writing ability

Extra things that would be a big help:
- You're willing to provide shipping quotes on weekends. (provided it's not too busy, if it's we'll discuss later)
- You like arts and crafts and are willing to make videos on how to do things!
- If you have solid project management experience that'd be great for extra hours
- If you have experience with GHL and lead generation and cold email, that could be a good help!

What we're offering:
- $5 - 8 USD Per hour (Negotiable on experience)
- 20 - 25 hours per week (with room to extend)
