Facebook Ad Specialist for Women's Fitness Company

We are a rapidly growing women's only fitness business looking for an experienced, highly effective Facebook Marketing Specialist with a proven track record of success.

Our Target market is females 24-45, you need to be able to relate and understand this target market and be able to focus on sending a compelling message that speaks directly to this target audience.

We are looking for someone who has a high attention to detail to develop high performing, scalable, duplicatable traffic campaigns that produce new, qualified customers on a consistent and regular basis.

As the Director I have been doing Facebook advertising for the business for 3 years generating between 100-150 new qualified leads (phone numbers) for about a $7-10USD per lead.
I am looking for someone to come on board with advanced facebook ad experience who can help get our CPL down to allow us to generate more leads for a cheaper spend.
We spend between $1000-$2000USD per week on facebook advertising so exceptional experience is a must.
