Copywriter for content writing

Hey,

I'm looking for SEO articles writers for Full-time job, please apply for the position only if you can meet these requirements:

1) Work 8 hours a day, (Monday-Friday)
2) Should be able to finish 5,000 word original articles within 8 hours.
3) Submit work on time
4) Be online throughout the day on Skype
5) Perfect grammer !!
6) Familiar with wordpress CMS (a plus)
7) Experience working with online content management systems, or blogs (a plus)
8) Prior experience with SEO Writing is a plus
9) Ability to shift smoothly between different kinds of projects during the course of the day

The work flow will be as follows:
1) I will give you a keyword and the required amount of words for the article
2) You will do the research and come up with a topic for the article (You don't need to inform me, I want you to be independant)
3) You will write the article with the following rules:
- Keyword in the Headline/Title
- 2 instances of the keyword in the first paragraph
- 2 instances of the keyword in the last paragraph
- In general a keyword density of 5%-7.5%
- I want short sentences and short paragraphs
- 2-4 keyword rich sub-headlines through out the article
4) Once you finish the article you'll submit it to me. In later stages when we'll develop trust, you will publish directly into Wordpress or any other CMS.
5) I check that it's unique content with CopyScape and other in house tools.

IMPORTANT: I'm looking for someone who wants a long term job.

Full Time writers: The pay will initially be approximately $150/month. If you are exceptionally good then your pay may be increased to $250-$350/month in the future.

The increase in pay depends on quality, time you have worked with me, meeting deadlines and articles written every week among other factors. Maybe if we work long enough, I might give you a better tasks.
