Landing Page Specialist

I am an online fitness trainer looking to expand my online program offerings. I am looking for someone who can create a SURVEY with about 20 questions that will guide new customers to specific products based on their answers. I essentially want to "customize" their workout plan based on their goals.

I already have a Wix website, so the landing page can be created inside my website or on another site that cna be embedded into my Wix site. ----------
