Wordpress Developer for Marketing Agency

We are a successful, fast growing marketing agency based in Australia looking for an exceptional full time Wordpress web developer.

We are looking for a high level Wordpress Genesis framework coder that also has WooCommerce knowledge with attention to detail. If you have programming knowledge that will be a huge advantage.

If your english and coding skills are not exceptional, this job is not for you.

Your Skill Requirements:

You must have 3 years minimum experience of coding / programming business websites on the Genesis framework for Wordpress.

You must have an understanding of Hosting Cpanel functionalities, FTP, MySQL, phpmy Admin, Domain management and etc. Familiarity with the wpengine hosting is a plus

You must be exceptional at coding mobile responsive sites.

You must be familiar with Woocommerce and be able to customize Woocommerce templates
-
You must know: PHP, Javascript, Jquery coding languages.

You must be experienced in splicing from both Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator into web ready HTML / CSS and following W3C standards of coding.

You DO NOT need to create any designs. We have a design team that takes care of the designs & you will be coding the designs.

You must be able to customize plugins to fit the graphics from design team

You must be familiar with the Genesis theme framework and must know the following:

Genesis hooks and filters

Genesis child themes

Separation of Genesis main styles and custom styles

You must be able to utilize plugins such as:

Dynamic widgets

Advanced custom fields

Backup plugins

Security plugins

Position Requirements:

You must be trust worthy and looking for a long term position and career (5 years minimum)

You must be fully committed to a full time position with us and must not be working elsewhere!

You will work from your own location and you must be reliable.

You must have fast & reliable internet connection & computer.

You must have great English speaking & writing skills.

You must be friendly and a team player.

You must be able to answer emails directly from our clients whose sites you are working on via our help desk.

You must be set up and available for regular Skype calls with the manager

You will report to the developer’s team leader

You must have a paid Dropbox account (to share large files)

The salary for this position is open for discussion to the best applicants and will be in alignment with your ability, salary will be paid monthly in arrears via Paypal.)

Full-Time position : Monday to Friday (8am - 4pm Filipino time)
The position will start with a fully paid 4 week trial period to see how well we work together.
If your performance is suitable we will offer you a permanent full time position.
