Support Chat Agent

As an SMS Support Chat Agent at SmartRecover, you will be responsible for having chat conversations that will come through to either your phone or computer. We reach out to leads who abandon online checkouts for our clients through SMS and once they respond it's on us to answer questions and facilitate a conversation to see if we might be able to win them back.

These chats come in ~15-16x/hour and require a prompt response. Once a conversation comes in it is your job to choose and adapt the appropriate template to facilitate a great conversation and delight the customer.

We have many message templates that will save time but you will need to adapt them a little for each customer.

There will be a performance incentive to based on people you interact with that become customers. (Usually comes to ~10% additional to the hourly wage)

We have a variety of clients we work for so your ability to absorb information quickly, use common sense and find answers to questions on your own goes a long way. (Not that we won't be there to help :) )

If you have a great grip on conversational, casual English, can solve problems on the fly, and are a real people person you can get paid for sitting at your computer and having conversations all day.
