PROJECT MANAGER – Product Launch

Department: Merchandising>Retail>Amazon
Line Manager: Account Manager


The Project Manager will utilize best practices and methodologies, lead implementations and enforce project governance for Amazon and other eCommerce accounts. He is tasked to monitor status of projects and product launches, and form project initiatives that will allow marketplaces to grow revenue. They must be able to form relationships internally and externally, be a strong role model for the standards that we set forth, and drive projects to completion efficiently.

The Project manager will engage in business development activities such as project estimation and delivery engagements. This is a hands-on role leading project resources to complete projects successfully and with a high degree of satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Overall project lead and facilitator relative to solution design, delivery and execution.
-Lead projects endorsed by company executives and product development team.
-Communicate accordingly with different departments about what DC team needs to work based on project deliverables.
-Study the project endorsed by the product development team and ensure that product specifications are fully understood to deliver the correct information to other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
-Collect and organize all information or assets needed from the client for our design and development team to execute a project. Facilitates the gathering of requirements and documenting functional specifications.
-Applies standardized and consistent project delivery methods across all projects assigned.
-Drives utilization of project teaUpgrade to see actual infombers by directing work and resource planning to meet project profitability goals.
-Perform assessment of existing eCommerce projects, recognize the opportunity for optimization and provide associated recommendations, roadmap, and estimated effort.
-Lead status meetings and provide regular project updates.
-Receive Project Brief to analyze, summarize activities, identify goals, identify teaUpgrade to see actual infombers involved, gather questions from teaUpgrade to see actual infombers relevant to the project and provide answers, conduct project briefing, follow up on overdue tasks, ensure all tasks inside the project has an assignee, due date, and reasonable estimated time, conclude the project outcome, and determine total time spend in the project.
-Gather information needed by the department not limited to scope of work, budget, number of hours required, and number of people required, to be able to execute business services needed.
-Identify staffing needs, work load capacities for project execution. Understanding due date on services needed and identifying teaUpgrade to see actual infomber capacity before assigning new tasks or signing off for a new service.
-Supporting cross-organizational group needs and expectations (i.e., Testing, Training, Production Deployment & Support)
-Identify, implement and revise internal processes to streamline the improvement of project management.
-Build Project KPIs and measure project success and milestones.
-Work schedule and allocation would purely be 100% still under DC.
-Daily collaboration with stakeholders
-Communicate risks and solutions
-Generate a post project review and evaluation
-TeaUpgrade to see actual infoetings/collaboration
-Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program
-Oversees all aspects of projects/program
-Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program
-Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
-Leads and directs the work of others

-2-5 years relevant project management experience
-Ability to formulate and clearly communicate data insights to others
-Exceptional understanding of strategy and operations related to technical consulting and delivery of projects.
-Extreme attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate those details to the team and client.
-Ability to quickly adapt to new requirements and changing situations.
-Strong relationship building skills.
-Open-minded, ready to learn, willing to teach
