Seeking Virtual Assistant for Vacation Rental Co-Hosting Company

The Utmost Host is a premier vacation rental co-hosting business in the mountains of SE Oklahoma. Our business has two main components: 1) We teach new vacation rental owners how to set up their systems for self-managing, and 2) we offer a hybrid property management solution (co-hosting) in which we take care of creating and managing the listings, guest communications, coordinating with cleaning crews and remitting taxes.

The role will include the following:

> Follow up with Host Coaching and Co-hosting Leads to schedule a consultation call

> Help onboard new properties using Owner Reservations PMS, Hostfully Guidebooks, and other apps including writing up property descriptions.

> Create monthly email newsletters for our guests and coaching clients.

> Create 2-3 blog posts a week on our website.

> Answer calls and reply to texts from guests assuring that they have an exceptional experience from the booking to throughout the stay at our properties

> Provide concierge assistance to guests regarding services, recreation, restaurants, and other activities, as needed

> Other admin tasks as they are needed.

Required Skills
> Excellent English speaking and writing skills
> A “people person” who has a love for dealing with all sorts of people
> Tech savvy (SAAS, not coding) – Experience with short -term rental property management software is a PLUS!
> Previous experience with Airbnb or short-term rentals is a PLUS!
> Reliable and consistent!
