Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
-Some college degree
-Impeccable conversational english
-Confident
-Must be willing to work on a graveyard shift or weekends
-High energy and positive attitude.
-Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)Experience with Google Docs, cloud services, and other technology tools.
-Self-directed and able to work with less supervision.
-Calendar management and appointment scheduling.
-With 1 yr experience in the said role is a plus.
-High performance or experience in an outbound and inbound calling campaign.
