JOB OVERVIEW

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our sales team in a fast growth digital marketing agency as a Business Development Executive with uncapped commission opportunities.

You will have an important role in our business supporting our sales team to secure quality appointments.

We are not like other digital marketing agencies. We specialise in producing User Generated Content for our brand partners, sourcing, vetting and briefing creators to produce high quality video content brands can use on their social channels.

The ideal candidate will outreach to ecommerce brands via Instagram, LinkedIn and email using our existing database to build rapport with prospects and invite them to book a sales call with our team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious professional to make a significant, long-lasting contribution to a high-profile business, at a key point in its development.

The difference you'll make You’ll be working directly with the business founders and sales team to provide appropriate support across the business to ensure the brand and image of the company is enhanced.

Key Responsibilities
To deliver activities included in the Sales Plan by securing appointments for the Business Development team.
Understand and articulate the value of user generated content to prospective brands.
Generate and progress leads by researching and contacting decision makers through telephone and written contact.
Understand Cr8or’s products to enable customers to maximise the promotion to their employees.
Create reports on sales activity including number of calls made, qualified appointments confirmed and progress on lead generation. Understanding of the challenges faced and solutions needed to be an effective Business Development Upgrade to see actual infoing our B2B search engine product to generate fresh leads on a daily basis
Identify opportunities for referrals from the customer during the support process at other local or associated organisations.
Maintaining and updating the CRM system with all contact notes to enable effective customer management and reporting.

A bit about you, skills & experience

An ambitious and go getting attitude

Communication – professional and clear communication skills coupled with the demonstrated ability to network and build strong business relationships. Articulate and tactful both on the phone and face to face with effective writing, negotiation and presentation skills.

Ability to convert requests into focused, clear and concise responses
Sales Competency – Identify customer needs, sell the virtues of our products and identify new products to address customer and market Upgrade to see actual infoanisation - ability to prioritise busy workload in a fast-paced environment. Good team player with a willingness to collaborate to achieve solutions

Systems - Google Workspace: Google Docs, Google Sheets and Outlook.

Salary: $300 per month

Commission: $100 per onboarded client, $5 per successful calendar booking
