Description
• Answer phone calls coming in to the MA department
• Able to send messages to providers (Doctor, Clinicians, Specialist...) and other internal employees
• Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
• Manage and resolve customer complaints
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Update existing customer information
• Process orders, forms and applications
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Follow up customer calls where necessary
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Complete call logs
• Produce call reports
Requirements
• Work from 9PM - 6:30AM Monday-Friday VN Time zone
• Need to be in the medical field. LPN, RN
• Excellent in English (speaking, listening, writing)
