We are looking for a customer service rep to manage our incoming Intercom.io customer service tickets. Applicant should have a solid understanding of digital advertising channels, specifically Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Adwords campaigns. Our customers will need help from time to time and have questions about our product. We are looking for someone to respond to tickets as quickly as possible to help the customer. If the answer is not known, we would want the customer to know that you will look into it and get back to them right away. (at which point we can answer the question for them.)
