About the role:

I’m looking to hire an experienced and motivated B2B LinkedIn Outreach Specialist with proficient cold outreach experience.


I'm looking for someone who can jump in to add value right away so that I can spend more of my time bringing in new clients (there is a LOT of interest) and on the high-level client strategies. This is where I can add the most value to skyrocket our growth.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in connecting with the right people on LinkedIn. We are not looking for someone who will just be sending pre-written cold messages to thousands of people, but someone who’ll be networking and making connections. You will be finding and using different creative ways of reaching out to our potential clients – so they get a positive first impression of our agency, and that they are happy later on to arrange a call with our sales team.

Someone who is an amazing communicator, self-motivated, open to feedback, and invests in continuous learning and growth.

This is a part-time Remote position that grows into a full-time position.

Requirements:

- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- 2+ years experience with B2B LinkedIn outreach and networking
- Motivated and open to feedback
- Detail-oriented
- Data-driven

Responsibilities (but are not limited to):

- Cold outreach using LinkedIn
- Connecting with the correct people on LinkedIn
- Building sales prospect pipeline
