Responsibilities/Tasks:

- Answer Customer Service calls regarding orders, tracking, and general questions
- Monitor and answer the companies website chat to answer any customers questions that may come in through the website chat.
- Answer customer messages on Amazon, Walmart, and ebay
- Respond to customer messages in the support email.
- Process exchanges & replacements on Shipping Easy
- Inbound and outbound calls for customer concerns and follow ups.
- Taking orders over the phone(creating orders thru Shopify)
- Handling returns(tracking returns, creating return labels)
- Filing claims with the shipping company
- Monitor account health of all e-commerce accounts for any problems that may arise
- Responding to A-Z claims
- Monitor and respond to seller feedback on Amazon
- Open cases on Amazon, Walmart, etc. as needed
- Process refunds on all e-commerce platforms as needed
- Follow up with customers as needed
- Daily maintenance of accounts, orders, messages, cases, etc.

Requirements and skills:
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify etc.)
- Superb customer service
- Fluent in English
- Strong management skills
- Experience with Excel
- Must be comfortable working with other members on the team and report to the manager
- Trustworthy and accountable
- Must have no other work commitments
- Fast Typing Skills
- Reliable internet connection & a computer (must have backups in the event of outages)
